How do students benefit from taking this course?

Students gain experience with their soft skills- communication and presentations skills. They also learn to speak about technology without jargon or abbreviations. Most importantly they learn about the older adults life experiences and the issues they have with technology. IT Service also looks good on a resume. Past students have told me that during the interview, they were asked to talk about their experience with IT Service and it helped them get their job.
